Homes and Rentals
As a practicing Realtor® I can send you listings showing what’s available in your price range and help you in your search and purchase or rental. Obviously, home purchases or rental prices will depend on the location, size of your family and number of beds/ baths, whether you would like a pool, etc. A link to the Multiple Listing System (MLS) (which all realtors use to enter their listings for sale) is located below. Many of these listings are not included on the typical home search websites on the Internet. If you need assistance finding a home, please fill out the attached questionnaire or use the “Home Search Questionnaire” link below to help me understand what you are looking for. When you have completed the questionnaire, I will send you some listings that meet your criteria from the official and current realtor’s MLS system. (Did you know that the websites that people use on the internet are not up to date and do not have all the information that realtor’s have access to?) If you will be renting, please fill out the rental questionnaire in Microsoft Word that I have attached to this document. You can email or fax it back to me, then and I can assist you in finding your rental.
Orlando Entertainment
There are countless things to do in Orlando, from the theme parks to the dog parks, to the nightlife in Downtown Orlando and Universal’s Citywalk. We are 1 hour away from Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral, the site of NASA’s space shuttle launches and landings, and 1-hour 45 minutes from the gulf coast beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Not only is Central Florida a great big playground for children and adults, it is a great place to live!
